How do we remain grounded when life feels uncertain?
How do we navigate transitions with courage and creativity rather than fear?
How do we stay connected to ourselves while the world around us continues to evolve?
The Art of Change is an invitation to explore these questions through creativity, reflection, embodiment, and intuitive art-making.
Inspired by the rare planetary alignment between Neptune in Aries, Uranus in Gemini, Pluto in Aquarius, and Jupiter in Leo - often referred to as the "Barbault Basket" - this journey explores the themes of vision, self-expression, innovation, transformation, and collective evolution that are shaping our time.
This is NOT an astrology course however. There will be short introductory references to the themes of these transits, but rather than predicting the future or analyzing the constellation, we will use these cosmic movements as a lens through which to better understand our own lives.
Through guided Intuitive Neuro Art™ - reflective practices, journaling, meditation, and embodied exploration - you will be invited to engage with change as a creative process. This can deepen self-trust, awaken imagination, and help you respond to life's uncertainties with greater flexibility and resilience.
This is not about having all the answers.
It is about learning how to dance with the unknown.
It is about discovering the creative capacity that emerges when we stop resisting change and begin participating in it.
Together, we will explore how to cultivate inner stability amidst external uncertainty, connect with emerging possibilities, and develop a more creative relationship with the transformations unfolding in our lives.

Neptune invites us into the realm of imagination, intuition, dreams, and possibility. In Aries, this energy asks us to reconnect with our authentic desires and trust the impulses that arise from deep within.
During times of transition, we may not know exactly where we are going. Yet something inside us often senses the direction before the mind can explain it.
This session explores how to listen for emerging possibilities and connect with the future that is asking to be born through you.
Jupiter in Leo invites expansion through the heart. It encourages us to reconnect with the qualities that make us uniquely ourselves and to express them with confidence, generosity, and joy.
Healthy Leo energy is about sharing our gifts from a place of self-recognition, that also allows us to celebrate the gifts of others, and participate in life with greater warmth, creativity, and authenticity.
This session explores what it means to stand in your truth and to meet yourself and others through the eyes of the heart.
Pluto represents deep transformation - the death of the old and birth of the new. In Aquarius, it highlights collective evolution, community, innovation, and the changing systems that shape our lives.
As old structures shift, we are invited to consider our place within the larger story unfolding around us.
This session explores empowerment, belonging, and the role each of us can play in shaping a more conscious and community-centered future.
Uranus brings breakthrough, liberation, innovation, and unexpected change. In Gemini, it encourages flexibility, curiosity, learning, and new ways of thinking.
After exploring vision, leadership, and transformation, we arrive at the questions of adaptation and innovation.
How do we remain open when the future unfolds differently than expected?
How do we cultivate creativity as a response to uncertainty?
This final session invites you to embrace new perspectives and meet change in an ever-evolving creative way.
