One of my deepest intentions is to remind people of the creative power they already carry within themselves.
For a long time, I was disconnected from my own creative voice. My path has been shaped by deep inner work — moving through loss, life transitions, and the process of rebuilding both internally and externally.
Creativity became a way back: a way to process, to understand, and to reconnect with myself.
Today, I see creativity as something essential — not just for art, but for how we live, relate, and shape our lives. When we reconnect with it, something shifts: we become more present, more honest, and more aligned with who we are.
In my work, I explore how creativity can support transformation, self-awareness, and emotional healing. I draw from my experience with Neurographica® and my own evolving approach, Intuitive Neuro Art™, as well as earlier work in art education and academic research.
Having taught at universities in Germany and Finland, with a focus on Artistic Research and Visual Anthropology, I continue to be fascinated by how creativity can help us explore and understand both our inner and outer worlds.
